Victorian Schools Association Competition - Swimming

After a successful swim meet at the SIS Swimming Carnival for 2019 where Padua College achieved a very pleasing 2nd placing, a handful of our very best swimmers were invited to represent our college as well as all of the SIS schools at the VSAC Victorian Schools Association Competition. This prestigious event brings together the most competitive independent school sporting associations and their top performing swimmers from across the state to compete in an exciting night of individual races and relays under the lights of the famed Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre.

Proudly sporting their SIS Team uniforms, 8 Padua students joined students from the 12 other SIS schools and swam their hearts out against 13 sporting associations from all across Victoria. Each of our students were an absolute asset to the SIS team, always putting in their best effort as well as showing great determination, dedication and sportsmanship throughout the whole swimming season.

The following Padua students must be commended on their outstanding contribution to the Padua College Swim Team & the SIS VSAC Squad;

Brookelyn Finn – Rosebud Campus
Hannah Lionnet – Tyabb Campus
Brydie Pratt – Tyabb Campus
Keely Byrne – Mornington Campus
Johanna Garret – Mornington Campus
Alexia Green – Mornington Campus
Oliver Pfister – Mornington Campus
Dylan Reagon – Mornington Campus

Overall, the SIS finished a respectable 8th place out of 14 associations - well done to all our students involved!
