Monash Scholars Program

For the fifth year in a row, Monash University have offered the Monash Scholars Program which is a unique head start program offered to students in Victoria and New South Wales, giving students in Year 10 a significant advantage.

Students are invited to exclusive activities to enhance their learning, events to explore their career ambitions, opportunities to define their personal aspirations and an ability to build networks. This year there were over 800 applicants who:

* Are in the top 10% academically of their cohort at their respective school

* Demonstrated leadership ability and potential

* Are University focussed

* Display a willingness to connect with like-minded students

 Schools were required to endorse applicants to make sure that they met all of the above criteria for their respective campus.

From the 800+ applicants, 330 were selected and it is an honour to congratulate Jessica Guy-Toogood from the Tyabb Campus for being accepted into the 2017 intake of the Monash Scholars Program.  Congratulations to Jessica on meeting all of the selection criteria and for showing the initiative to complete the online application. An outstanding result.
