Year 7 Maths Project

We all use Maths… everyday!

Students were asked to interview three family members or neighbours and, for each, give an example of how they use an aspect of Maths in their daily lives or careers. Students included both a practical example and the Maths formula that was used in their finished pieces. Some of the most creative projects were displayed in the Library.

Students in Year 7 Kolbe and Frayne enjoyed this investigation and concluded that Maths is indeed important in everyday life!
