Penelope Farmer

Honorary Accountant

Penny is a former Padua student and a Chartered Accountant working in public practice. Having attended the Rosebud then Mornington Campus, Penny loved her time at Padua and is very happy to be helping shape the future of the college via her contribution to the board.

Penny has worked in the accounting field for over 16 years, working for large and small accounting firms in Melbourne and the UK. Public practice has exposed her to many industries and the roles facing difference business owners and stakeholders (cash flow, budgeting, statutory obligations, staff and employee management, software implementation).

Her role as the honorary accountant will see her utilise her skills to ensure the ongoing strength of the school’s financial position and to assist with the long term growth and success of the college.

With two pre-school children, Penny is keen to contribute to the school heading in a prosperous and positive way in the future.
