Meet former Padua student and singer songwriter Oskar Proy (class of 2017). We thank Oskar for taking the time to share a little bit about his story since leaving Padua. Read Oskar’s story: Tuesday 18 June was the anniversary of Laudato Si – the signing of the Pope’s pledge for urgent action to save the environment. To celebrate the occasion the Year 12 Creation and the Environment Class organised our first annual event, which raised funds for the ‘Bright Night Project’ in East Timor. On Wednesday 19 June, the recently passed Voluntary Assisted Dying legislation became law in Victoria. In specific circumstances, the legislation allows those with a terminal illness in Victoria to enquire of a member of the medical profession to assist them to die.
